Xero accounts software experience necessary

Accounts payable
Receive, process & obtain sign off approval on all AP invoices . Cost invoices to appropriate P&L cost centre. Post invoices to Xero. Prepare invoices for weekly payment run .Post all AP payments on Xero. Employee expenses. Ensure all employee expenses are approved. Cost expenses in Xero. Post expense payments in Xero .Company credit card. Post and cost company credit card in Xero .Ensure VAT receipts on file for all expenditure.
Accounts receivable. Prepare sales invoices as necessary. Post AR cash on a daily basis. Prepare supplier set up forms. Follow up on unpaid AR as necessary.
VAT Assist in preparation of bi-monthly VAT returns & quarterly VIES returns. Annual G46 VAT return.
Management accounts. Assist CFO in preparation of monthly management accounts. Ad-hoc . Assist CFO in ad-hoc issues as they arise. Liaising with third party providers and suppliers as necessary.
Qualifications .Prior experience as an Accounts Assistant .Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good working knowledge of Xero accounts software.

Pay: Up to €35,000.00 per year
