We are seeking a reliable and proactive Admin & Maintenance Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (21 hours per week), working Saturday to Monday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to short-term guest queries via email and booking platforms
- Answer phone calls and provide professional customer service
- Attend to small maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, fixing toilet seats, minor adjustments)
- Drive between sites when required (mileage paid)
Requirements:
- Full driving licence (own car is beneficial but not essential)
- Basic maintenance/handyman skills
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written & spoken)
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to daily requirements
Working Hours:
- 21 hours per week – Saturday to Monday
- Flexible start time: 9:30am – 10am
- Flexible finish time: 5pm – 5:30pm (depending on workload and candidate preference)
