Sherpa Kids Lucan provides before school care, after school care and holiday care to children during term time and non-term time (school holidays).
We are looking for a suitable Childcare Programme Lead with a commitment for delivering a quality, dependable school age service. This role requires someone who is dedicated to forming strong partnerships with their staff teams, with schools, families and with children.
Working hours: 7.30am to 9.30am and 1 to 6pm Monday to Friday. Approx 30 contact hours and 8 non contact hours per week (split shift) during school term and full days during holiday care.

Requirements of the Afterschool Leader:
- Qualified in Childcare - preferable
- Experienced in childcare - minimum 3 years
- Experience managing a team - preferable
- Ready to take on responsibility and manage a service
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities of the Afterschool Leader:
- Manage a busy after school service.
- Supervise and support the team.
- Manage the admin for the service (during non contact hours).
- Be the point of contact for the team, management, parents and school.
- Work closely with management.
- Attend weekly team calls.
