The Opportunity
This two-year, national Apprenticeship in Supply Chain blends academic learning with practical, on-the-job experience. The UL/IPICS Supply Chain Associate Diploma programme (https://www.ul.ie/gps/supply-chain-associate-dip-apprenticeship) is an exciting pathway to gain a third-level qualification while working in a supportive, hands-on environment at TLI Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Procurement team with day-to-day operations
Maintaining control and integrity of procurement related data on the ERP system.
Creation and management of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes and resolve any issues relating to orders and deliveries.
Timely entry of Goods Receipts Notes on receipt of supplier deliveries and other general maintenance of inventory records.
Support efficient resolution of procurement and supplier invoice related queries.
Assist in the preparation of reports on procurement activities.
Other duties as required to support the procurement team.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Participate in supply chain improvement projects within TLI Group
- Complete academic modules and in-company projects aligned with the programme
- Engage with your assigned mentor and collaborate in the Community of Practice
