The Opportunity
This two-year, national Apprenticeship in Supply Chain blends academic learning with practical, on-the-job experience. The UL/IPICS Supply Chain Associate Diploma programme (https://www.ul.ie/gps/supply-chain-associate-dip-apprenticeship) is an exciting pathway to gain a third-level qualification while working in a supportive, hands-on environment at TLI Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • - Support the Procurement team with day-to-day operations

  • Maintaining control and integrity of procurement related data on the ERP system.

  • Creation and management of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes and resolve any issues relating to orders and deliveries.

  • Timely entry of Goods Receipts Notes on receipt of supplier deliveries and other general maintenance of inventory records.

  • Support efficient resolution of procurement and supplier invoice related queries.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports on procurement activities.

  • Other duties as required to support the procurement team.

  • - Assist with inventory management.

  • - Participate in supply chain improvement projects within TLI Group

  • - Complete academic modules and in-company projects aligned with the programme

  • - Engage with your assigned mentor and collaborate in the Community of Practice
