Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations and processes
- Approximately 3 years of experience in a consultancy or similar role
- Proficiency in preliminary design work, technical drawings, planning applications, and construction inspections.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with engineers and project managers from the initial concept stage through to project submission
