Bar Manager – Hawksmoor Dublin

We’re looking for a brilliant Bar Manager to join our team at Hawksmoor Dublin – someone who can lead from the front, deliver exceptional drinks and service, and inspire a happy, high-performing bar team.

What you’ll be doing:

• 
  Leading and motivating a talented bar team to deliver fast, friendly, high-standard service

• Creating a fun, welcoming environment that brings our bar to life

• Managing rotas, stock, and training, with a keen eye on quality and profitability

• Collaborating with senior managers to make every service smooth and every guest experience exceptional

• Sharing your knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beers and wines – and helping the team keep learning

About you:

• You’ll have previous experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a fast-paced, high-quality venue

• You love people – both guests and team – and thrive on great service

• You’re organised, hands-on, and happy to jump on the bar during busy shifts

• You bring energy, calm, and confidence – even when things get hectic

• You’re passionate about drinks, standards, and constant improvement
