What You'll Do
- Oversee stock orders, deliveries, and management
- Handle cashing up and securing the bar at close
- Maintain high standards of bar cleanliness and operation
- Serve beverages (including cocktails) and food to guests
- Collaborate with kitchen team for efficient bar food service
- Deliver a positive guest experience at every opportunity
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years' bartending experience in a high-paced setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- A team-first mindset and flexible attitude
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
