Responsibilities:
- Create and serve a diverse array of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and flair
- Interact with guests to understand their preferences and offer personalized drink recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking inventory and cleaning equipment
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and continually expand your knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist is essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele
- Proficient knowledge of cocktail preparation methods, garnishes, and glassware
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of quality and service
- Attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering memorable experiences to guests
