About the Role:
As a Mixologist at McSorley’s, you’ll be the face behind the bar, crafting high-quality cocktails and providing a first-class customer experience. You’ll bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for mixology to every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails
- Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area
- Engage with customers to recommend drinks and enhance their experience
- Keep up to date with current drink trends and techniques
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages
- Follow licensing, health and safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
