Business Development and Marketing Internship
THE ROLE
Here at Mummy Cooks, we are looking for a Business Development and Marketing Intern to work with the wider team. The intern will get experience across all areas of business - from customer experience and marketing to research on new products and markets. This position is currently a part-time, remote position.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to learn first-hand as we grow Mummy Cooks both online, Amazon platform and into retail. As we are a small team you will get experience of all areas of the business.
The successful applicant must be passionate, enthusiastic, and positive. Having a can-do attitude and willingness to learn all areas of the business will be essential for the person that takes on this role.

Internship: 6 months
Responsibilities
- Monitor customer experience
- Stock control, help manage stock orders and stock levels.
- Research into marketing/business development opportunities for Mummy Cooks
- Contribute to marketing campaigns for the business
- Monitor our Amazon platforms in UK and Europe
- Research and create digital marketing strategies that will drive brand awareness in new markets
- Generate event campaigns and customer communication programs
- Work with Digital Marketing team on creatives and content creation
Desired skills & experience
- Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in a business or a related discipline and have knowledge/understanding of Marketing
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Experience with Google Adwords/ Analytics/ email marketing/ Facebook
- Familiarity with digital content marketing and development strategies
- Fluency in oral and written English.
- Be confident and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
