Healthcare 21 are currently looking to recruit an Engineering Administrator for Field Based Engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a leading and expanding Healthcare Company. The candidate should be highly motivated, ambitious and dedicated with excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will work as part of our Call Management Administration Team; liaising with clinicians, clients and other relevant departments within Healthcare 21. You will also support the Field Based Engineering Team in terms of scheduling/prioritising workload, handling orders, resolving customer queries, invoice preparation and any other associated tasks required on a daily basis.
Candidate Location: Blarney, Cork.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:
Allocation and scheduling of service tasks for a team of engineers
Liaising with engineers to ensure that response times are adhered to
Dealing with customer queries efficiently through effective communication
Managing client accounts on dedicated software package
Liaising with internal departments daily
Report writing
Ensuring ISO standards, and external SLA’s are achieved on a consistent basis
Dealing with high volume of phone calls
What are the role requirements?
Customer focused, with excellent communication skills
Professional telephone manner is essential
Ability to prioritise workload and work in a pressurized environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Adaptable and capable of working on own initiative
Ability to work effectively with other departments and utilise a team approach to accomplish goals.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong administration expertise
Flexible approach to all areas of the role
Who exceeds in this role?
Top performers would have:
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience of product order and invoicing customers an advantage
Experience in working with SAP an advantage but not necessary
Experience with the Healthcare sector would be advantageous
