Joining us means you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of state-of-the-art clean utilities systems, including; WFI, DI Water, Pure Steam, LN2, Process Gasses, and Process vacuum systems. You will achieve a level of autonomy within the role and there will be reporting to the Maintenance Lead. You will attend Engineering group meetings and report on sustaining maintenance and operational activities. This job offers a good balance of site work, office work, and problem solving. The right candidate will be a; mechanically minded, positive, proactive team player, with an aptitude for developing and maintaining safe systems of work.
This job is based in a state-of-the-art, global facility in Dundalk.
Responsibilities:
- Autor / review / approve SOPs, EWIs, Reports and RAMs associated with clean utilities equipment and operations.
- Monitor and Optimise plant efficiency through SCADA, system performance reviews and implement continuous improvement programmes.
- Troubleshoot faulty equipment and carry out root cause analysis & lead CAPA's to closure.
- Utilise and improve computerised maintenance management system (CMMS – Maximo) for all PM. PDM and CM maintenance activities.
- Plan and manage and assist Elastomer change-outs on equipment.
- Attend engineering group meetings and report any non-conformances and help resolve issues with equipment.
- Share knowledge and assist new team members with training
- Cross train to support other disciplines.
- Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
Skills Required:
- GMP experience.
- Experience with start-up / operations / maintenance of utility or process equipment.
- High literacy in Computer Operating Systems and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc…
- Experience with a computerised maintenance management system.
- Possess excellent communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis.
- Team player with a focus on quality.
- Ability to follow procedures and generate safe, efficient work practices.
Education / Licenses / Certifications:
- Level 7 Mechanical or Chemistry degree / other engineering appropriate qualifications will be considered depending on experience.
- Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
