About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Operative to join our team at MTUC. This is a working supervisor role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work while leading a small team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and work alongside the cleaning team to ensure high standards.
- Carry out general cleaning duties across the site.
- Plan and coordinate daily cleaning activities.
- Monitor hygiene standards and stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with COSHH and Health & Safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate cleaning records and upload reports weekly.
- Support rota planning and cover for absences when needed.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and team members.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in cleaning operations and team supervision.
- Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
