  • Project management qualification (e.g. Lean, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
  • Health Informatics qualification (desirable)

Experience

  • Proven 3-5 years' experience managing or contributing to clinical IT or digital health projects
  • Experience working across multidisciplinary teams including clinical, IT and administrative stakeholders
  • Familiarity with implementing or supporting clinical systems such as EHRs, ICU CIS, or other patient care technologies

Job Specific Competencies and Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of clinical environments, workflows, and healthcare data standards (e.g. HL7, SNOMED CT, ICD)

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams

Personal Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex clinical and technical challenges
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment
  • Effective communicator, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including clinicians, executives and technical staff
  • Adaptable and resilient, with a proactive mindset and willingness to lead change
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety in system design and implementation
