The Opportunity
We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate manager with proven bar and event operations experience at management level to lead our Conference & Banqueting (C&B) team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team to excel.
Manage all food and beverage service within the C&B department to the highest standards.
Deliver consistent training and development to ensure service excellence.
Oversee departmental inductions, rosters, and performance appraisals.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and stock control across all C&B areas.
Coordinate events from pre-service briefings to post-event follow-ups.
Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and care.
Promote in-house services and maintain a strong presence during service.
Uphold hotel standards in fire safety, health & hygiene, customer care, and security.
Participate in Manager on Duty shifts and take on additional projects as needed.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in a similar management role within hospitality in Ireland.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
