Audi Kerry are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join their dynamic Service and Parts team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for service and parts customers
- Coordinate service appointments liaise with technicians
- Assist with parts sales, ordering, and inventory control
- Provide technical advice and product information where needed
- Ensure all paperwork and systems are accurately maintained
- Support the service team in meeting customer satisfaction and performance targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar aftersales or service role (automotive industry preferred but not necessary)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- IT literate, with experience using dealership management systems (desirable)
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
