Position: Customer Service Representative
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 1 in 3 weekend requirement

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support via various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
