Customer Service Centre Agent

As a Customer Service Centre Agent, you will be responsible for contacting patients to confirm their upcoming appointments. The role requires a focus on empathy, listening, customer service, and going the extra mile to ensure our patients’ needs are always met.
Reporting To: Service Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact our patient base to confirm appointments booked, appointments bookings, appointments booked online,
Send agreed SMS follow-up, reminders, and cancellation messaging to patients whom we are unable to contact.
Ensure available appointments, following a cancellation, are filled with patients from our cancellation waiting list, whilst ensuring that all patients are communicated to in a timely and professional manner.
Skills and Experience
- Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills, helping promote a culture of high efficiency and productivity.
- Strong planning and daily task organisation skills to allow for maximum output and the achievement of targets.
- Excellent communication skills to maintain a professional and personable nature when dealing with patients’ complaints
- Ability to listen to patients and negotiate solutions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €14.00 per hour

- call centre/administration: 1 year (required)
