Usafety are seeking a Customer Support Administrator to liaise with our clients and provide support to our training services and other operations.
This role involves administrative duties, scheduling client services and managing essential documentation. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organised, communicative, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Education: diploma or degree in Business preferred.
- Experience: 1 years in an administrative role.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with trainers, clients, and staff.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanour with a focus on customer service.
Core Responsibilities
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong organisational skills to ensure that no detail is overlooked, and tasks are completed on time.
- Precision is vital in preparing reports, managing files, and processing documents with the ability to pay attention to detail helping to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools is essential to ensure that documents, presentations, and spreadsheets are professionally prepared and maintained.
- Support to the finance accounting team to include invoice processing, accounts reconciliations and various other accounts related duties.
- Ability to juggle responsibilities and to prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance, and to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Assist in managing projects to include coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring that project milestones are met.
- Must be able to work closely with executives and other team members, be a team player who can collaborate effectively, offer support, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
