  • Identify and manage critical dependencies, ensuring delivery against milestones using recognised project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating where necessary.
  • Partner with Cyber GRC and business risk owners to document, track, and address cybersecurity risk acceptance and remediation actions.
  • Oversee change management processes impacting project scope, timeline, or budget.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication.
  • Facilitate governance forums—including steering committees, stakeholder working groups, and agile sessions—to align priorities, resolve blockers, and maintain project momentum.
  • Deliver transparent and data-driven project reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), budget adherence, risk posture, and delivery status.
  • Ensure all cybersecurity deliverables are thoroughly tracked, evidenced, and auditable in accordance with compliance and assurance standards.

  • Proven project management skills with experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risks and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership skills to drive cross-departmental collaboration and maintain accountability for cybersecurity objectives.
  • Experience delivering in regulated environments.
