Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving the delivery of kitchens, appliances, wardrobes and associated materials to both private homes and building sites.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to understand delivery dockets and basic drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products safely and efficiently to residential and commercial sites
- Load and unload kitchens and related materials
- Communicate professionally with customers and site personnel
- Read and interpret delivery dockets and basic site drawings
- Maintain a clean and organised delivery vehicle
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
- Valid Irish C1 Licence (Lorry licence) – Required
- Manual Handling Certificate – Required (training can be provided if needed)
- Safe Pass – Required (training can be provided if needed)
- Forklift Licence – Preferred (training can be provided if needed)
- Good level of English (spoken and written)
- Physically fit and capable of manual lifting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently & as part of a team
