Wallace’s SuperValu is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our busy team in our Wellingtonbridge store. This is a roster-based role, working 5 days per week (25–30 hours) between Monday and Sunday. Applicants must be aged 25+.
Main Role:
The successful candidate will ensure the efficient and professional delivery of customers’ online shopping orders. When not on the road, you’ll assist in-store with a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customers’ online shopping orders 5 days per week.
- Load, unload, prepare and operate a delivery vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, representing the store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in-store during non-driving time, including: Merchandising shelves to the highest standard.
Requirements:
- Full, clean driving licence (essential).
- Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
