As part of our digital growth strategy, we’re seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant with a passion for social media marketing, a sharp eye for design, and the ability to turn beautiful furniture into compelling, scroll-stopping content.
Role Overview
This is a content-driven role focused on increasing brand visibility and engagement through social media. You'll be responsible for creating, publishing, and optimizing content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest — with a strong focus on video content and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Marketing
- Plan, create, and schedule weekly content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Manage the content calendar for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
Video Editing & Content Creation
- Produce short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Capture and edit videos showcasing products, styling tips, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools to ensure professional-quality edits
Graphic Design & Branding
- Design promotional assets, social media banners, and digital ads using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Maintain a consistent, polished brand aesthetic across all digital touchpoints
Campaign Support
- Assist in developing and running paid campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Contribute creative ideas for promotions, influencer collaborations, and seasonal initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a social media marketing role (internships not counted)
- Experience in the furniture or home décor industry is an advantage
- Proficient with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong ability to create content that converts (engagement, traffic, sales)
- Excellent visual storytelling and copywriting skills
- Proactive in following social trends and adapting strategies
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
Additional Skills (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo
- Experience with Shopify or WordPress
- Photography skills for product and lifestyle shoots
- Interest in home interiors and design trends
