We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to take full ownership of our marketing in-house.
This is an exciting role for a creative and results-driven individual who can do what an agency does - but under one roof - with full accountability for traffic, content, leads, and sales, you will be joining a thriving company with an existing online and social media presence, to help growth with creative and strategic thinking.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Run and optimise paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) to generate measurable leads and sales.
- Manage SEO strategy and grow website traffic.
- Oversee and update our e-commerce website (products, content, customer journey).
- Create and edit video content for ads, social media, and campaigns.
- Build and optimise sales funnels to turn traffic into qualified enquiries.
- Track and report on KPIs - cost per lead, ROAS, conversions, and online sales.
- Grow relationships with existing and new customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of paid ads, SEO, and e-commerce website management.
- Skills in videography and video editing (camera + editing software).
- Analytical mindset - confident working with KPIs and reporting.
- Creative, organised, and able to deliver measurable growth.
- Experience in retail, interiors, and e-commerce an advantage.
- Experience with Ai tools an advantage
