*Job Description*
We're seeking a strong, dedicated, and reliable childcare worker who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of working families. As a key member of our team, you'll provide nurturing care and education to children, supporting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- A minimum of Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 6+ a bonus)
- A genuine love for working with children
- Warm, friendly, and team-oriented personality
- Good knowledge of Aistear and Síolta
- Confident in observations and curriculum planning
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn
- Garda Vetting required
- First Aid, Manual Handling, and Children First training an advantage (training provided if needed)
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play and hands-on activities
- Planning engaging activities using Aistear and Síolta
- Observing and documenting children’s progress
- Building trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Helping create a caring, fun, and safe environment
