Generation Y also runs The National Student Media Awards.
The successful candidate will manage the organisation and development of the National Student Media Awards, national sampling campaigns, and much more. You will also be in charge of helping with all promotions for our wide range of clients. An ability to be innovative and to work on your own while an integral part of our team is crucial.
Role:
- Managing of on & off campus promotions, nationwide, on behalf of our clients.
- Responsible for the organisation of a national event.
- Sourcing, interviewing, hiring and training suitable promotional reps for the campaigns.
- Manage large teams of promotional reps and ensuring they reach they targets.
- Project managing and development of the National Student Media Awards.
- Fulfill marketing and administration duties as required by the company.
- Office management & general admin
Experience required:
- A business / marketing / events qualification is essential.
- Highly organised with an attention for detail.
- Previous experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience preparing, monitoring and managing a large event.
- Responsible and hard-working, able to lead by example.
- Ability to work smart in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Must be capable of working on his/her own initiative.
- The ability to manage a team of young people.

Pay: €30,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
