Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function; or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA.
- Experience in global operations management, overseeing teams.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment, driving projects with execution responsibility.
- Experience applying statistical methods, SQL, dashboard design, and communicating recommendations, with excellent data analysis skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders on project trade-offs.

The team manages corporate card programs and expenses globally for Google and Other Bets, and is responsible for travel and other operating expenses annually. Responsibilities
- Manage vendors and processes, ensuring that operations goals are met and identifying opportunities for operational savings and process simplification.
- Establish a strategy to transform current operating model in line with new technologies and automation opportunities.
- Drive process design, oversee process documentation, and influence necessary policy updates.
- Design reporting and perform analyses to drive process improvement, eliminate mistakes, and provide solutions.
- Lead the global behavioral strategy including training, risk mitigation strategy for high risk audiences, operationalizing escalations and exceptions management.
