We are currently recruiting an experienced Night Porter team member to join our new co-living apartment development at Liberties House.
Job Description:
The Night Porter is responsible for providing a high level of service to residents, maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and guests of the co-living development overnight. Duties include:
- Responsible for overall health & safety at night including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties.
- Cleaning and preparing communal areas of the building for resident use.
- Monitoring CCTV cameras & investigating any suspicious activity
- Checking ID for deliveries and visitors
- Reporting any incidents to the manager
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a hospitality / hotel / property industry is a distinct advantage
