Job Summary:
- Complete guest check in/out
- Reservations
- Dealing with guest queries
- Greet & Interact with guests with a smile and friendly manner
The Job:
- The candidate will work closely with our revenue department.
- Manage busy phonelines
- Welcome all guests, check guests in / out, communicate available services to guests
- Take room bookings and Restaurant reservations
- Front Office Admin
- Deal with guest complaints in a correct and professional manner
- Handle cash and credit cards, and complete cash report
- Maximize room revenue
The Person:
- 1 year Experience in a Reception / Front Office role (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong people skills, and friendly approach
- Good admin and organisational skills
- Ability to multi task
- Good computer skills
