Doyle and Company LLP are currently seeking to recruit an Accounts Manager to join their team.
Doyle and Company is a well-established, progressive medium sized (circa 25 staff) general practice firm with offices in Cabra and Blanchardstown and a winner at the Irish Law Awards 2024 and finalists in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Doyle and Company LLP offer a large range of services, including litigation, conveyancing, family law, wills and probate and commercial work. They have recently incorporated the personal injury practice formerly known as Rory Quigley & Co into their firm.
This is a full-time (or part-time) opportunity. The role is ideally situated in our Cabra office which is a 5 minutes from the Phibsborough Luas station (Green Line), 5 minutes from the Broom bridge Train station (Dublin-Maynooth, Longford, M3 Parkway) and staff parking available. However, sitting in the Blanchardstown office may also be considered. Hybrid working would be considered after a trial period for a suitable candidate.

The ideal candidate will:
The role includes the following tasks:
· Invoicing, processing clients’ monies, receipts and payments.
· Record day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process on the accounts package Keyhouse and appropriate ledger.
· To monitor cash flow and invoice payments into office account.
· Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and bi-monthly management accounts through reports generated on Keyhouse.
· Preparing monthly, management accounts and assisting partners and designated staff members with ongoing management and cost savings projects.
· Assisting external auditors for year-end.
· To manage payroll, staff holidays and leave using Thesaurus software and app.
· Revenue online – e stamping- vat returns – payroll returns.
· Assisting colleagues’ queries and meeting them at critical stages of clients’ transactions,
as well as credit control on issued fee notes
· Insurance – keeping records of policies – renewing office insurance.
· Daily Banking to include opening and closing of accounts.
· Online banking for office and partners, to include Electronic Funds Transfers etc.
The ideal candidate will:
· Have a strong understanding of Law Society accounting regulations with a knowledge of Legal Accounts Packages.
· Ability to Maintain Client Bank account within statutory regulations to include Client Deposit Accounts.
· Be a capable communicator in dealings with staff and management and an appropriate team player.
· Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems.
· Supporting business development and improving firm’s efficiencies and processes.
