Food & Beverage Assistant:
We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our team at The House Hotel.
The Role
- Delivery of amazing service and consistently high standards at all time.
- Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
- Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
- Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
- Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
- Assisting in other departments as required.
The Person
- Previous hotel experience in a 4/5-star hotel property is preferred.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage operation.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Micros Experience would be preferable.
- Mid week and weekend availability required.
