We are currently recruiting Waiters and Bartenders to join our growing Food & Beverage team at one of Ireland’s most iconic 4-star castle hotels.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving food and beverages with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Supporting daily service in our bar, restaurant, and banqueting spaces.
- Working midweek, evenings, weekends, and public holidays (flexibility required).
- Following hotel standards for setup, hygiene, cash handling, and guest care.
- Assisting in the setup and service of weddings, functions, and private dining events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A team player who takes pride in their work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
