Main Responsibilities:
- High level ability in all aspects of bar service.
- A true passion for mixology and emerging drinks trends.
- Must possess a passion and flair for customer service.
- Exhibiting a high level of attention to detail and active and proactive problem-solving ability.
- The ambition to progress your career to the very top of the hospitality industry.
- The capability to make contributions to the creative and innovative side of the business.
- A sense of fun and a love of what you do.
- Ability to adapt to new procedures, standards, and changes as directed by the company or legislation.
- Conducts his/herself in a professional manner at all times especially when in the public eye.
- Is fully flexible with regards to working hours, to include weekends, and late nights.
- A keen interest in emerging food and beverage trends, both locally and internationally.
- All candidates must speak fluent English.
