Charleville Park Hotel have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join the team.
THE ROLE:
The Food & Beverage Operations Manager will ensure all guests receive high standards of customer service and departmental profitability / control is achieved, to work closely as part of our management team, assisting where necessary.
This position will involve some shift work, must be available to work during the week as well as weekends.
THE PERSON:
We are seeking candidates with a proven track record as an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager who can demonstrate ability to successfully manage and develop a team while producing consistent and high quality service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Lead the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high service standards across all outlets.
- Manage bookings, table plans, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Oversee menu development, stock control, and cost management to drive revenue and maintain profitability.
- Implement sales strategies, upselling initiatives, and ensure efficient use of POS systems.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain a strong reputation.
- Recruit, train, and motivate the F&B team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as responsible service of alcohol.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales and events, to maximize business opportunities.
- Report on daily operations and contribute to management meetings to drive continuous improvement.
