We are currently welcoming staff to come and join our Front of House Staff to work in Sanuk Thai Swords Branch.
Suitable candidates must be able to work well under pressure , have excellent communication , IT , and customer service skills be able to work on their own initiative as well as with a team of staff.
Responsibilities include, taking orders from customers, packing orders, dealing with customers taking payments and maintaining the smooth running of front of house and maintaining the high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Working directly with customers in person and over the phone
- Use of tills
-Packing orders
- Ensuring that the front of house is clean and tidy at all times
Skills Required:
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new skills proficiently
*Must be available to work during the week and weekends and have flexibility with working hours*
