.Project is delivering a new set of application resilience requirements using a working group of taken from stakeholders across the ICT and Business organisation, a new process to ensure the review, update and operationalisation of these requirements.
- General understanding of business continuity and terminology and IT dependencies
- Knowledge of financial/banking sector in relation to its IT-landscape
- Architecture Engineering Background
- Experienced lead of technical / analytical teams, managing project delivery and dependencies
- Experienced in budget and cost assessment of IT resources and solutions
- Experienced advisor to tech leaders and in presenting and guiding critical decision-making processes
- Analytical and technical mindset to guide IT analyses
- Good understanding of risk related issues, audit findings, and regulations and their impact on the IT landscape
- Presentation and Senior Stakeholder management
- Experience with working with large governance systems in finance (protocols, guidelines, policies, procedures)
- Proven ability to drive delivery and manage/influence stakeholders
- good consulting skills (slide presentations ... )
- Collaboration, Flexibility (prioritise and respond to unexpected requests)
