Job Role and Responsibilities:
This is a supervisory role with a broad range of roles and responsibilities including:
- Day-to-day running of Dublin City Centre compound area and fleet logistics with support from Branch Manager
- Vehicle management and planning
- Oversight of the valeting team, ensuring productivity, efficiency and high quality at all times
- Conducting vehicle audits to monitor quality of output from the valeting team and reporting back to the Branch Manager with results on a consistent basis
- Fleet audit on all premium group cars every morning
- Liaise with City Centre Branch Manager as to fleet availability and operational tactics
- Direct and organise returns process
- Handling customer queries or issues effectively and professionally
- Responsibility for achieving personal and team KPIs/targets
- Ensuring proper implementation of company policies and procedures within team
- Act as an ambassador for Sixt promoting best practice and ensuring all staff members/outsourced staff are performing their role in accordance with Sixt standards
- Ensuring all areas within outdoor compound area are kept clean and tidy
- Handling of paperwork and general administrative duties
- Any other duties as required by your Line Manager
Role Requirements:
- A self-starter with excellent people, organisational and communication skills
- Full, clean driving licence
- Fluency in English
- Flexibility - normal working hours will be between 8am – 6pm rostered over Monday to Sunday with breaks
