Your Key Responsibilities
As a General Operative, you will:
- Work across various production lines, adapting to different speeds and levels of complexity
- Operate machinery safely and in line with all food safety and health & safety protocols
- Follow the daily production plan, supporting with line set-up and material checks
- Perform all required hygiene, safety, and pre-start checks to maintain a safe and compliant working environment
- Ensure consistent product quality and accurate completion of production tasks
- Collaborate with your team to meet production goals and uphold site standards
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation in your work area
- Take a proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
