We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Group Website Executive to join the Cliste Hospitality marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of website content, AEO, SEO, and CRO activities to drive direct business growth across The iNUA Collection.
You will play a key role in ensuring all of our hotel and corporate websites are optimised for search, conversion, and user experience. This position requires a balance of technical execution, content management, and conversion-driven optimisation, with a focus on increasing direct revenue and reducing our reliance on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
Why Work For Us
At Cliste Hospitality, we believe in investing in our people. When you join our team, you're not just taking on a job; you're embarking on a career with a company that values your growth and well-being. We offer a compelling package of benefits and a supportive, collaborative culture.
- Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary that is commensurate with experience.
- Performance-Based Bonus: You will have the opportunity to earn a bonus based on performance.
- Health and Pension: We provide health insurance and pension contributions.
- Employee Perks: Enjoy employee discounts on accommodation and dining services across all our properties in The iNUA Collection.
- Career Growth: This role provides direct exposure to the Senior Leadership Team, with a clear path for growth and development within an ambitious and expanding company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Execution & Maintenance: Manage daily and weekly website content updates, ensuring all campaigns, offers, and landing pages are published accurately, on time, and are conversion-ready. You will monitor website navigation and page architecture, resolving broken links and technical issues as they arise.
- Website Development & Builds: Assist with new website projects from discovery to launch, including capturing stakeholder requirements, preparing content, and executing migration. You will help ensure new sites are launched with a readiness checklist, including redirect mapping, sitemap updates, and DNS checks.
- AEO, SEO & Organic Growth: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor benchmarking to identify organic growth opportunities. You will execute on-page optimisation, enhance AEO with schema markup for AI/voice-driven search, and manage online business listings to maximise visibility. You will also monitor AI and algorithmic changes in search and implement tactics to capture new features in search results.
- Reporting: Produce monthly SEO and AEO reports to highlight organic traffic gains and direct booking uplift. You will also help with broader marketing reports, tracking website KPIs and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- A foundational understanding of SEO principles (e.g., metadata, keywords, on-page optimisation) gained through study, certifications, or project work.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and website editing is essential.
- Exposure to tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, or other SEO tools is a plus, but training will be provided.
- A strong, proactive mindset with a curiosity to stay ahead of digital and search trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across a multi-brand portfolio.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
