You should be a proactive problem-solver, a people person, and a hospitality pro who knows how to keep things running smoothly and guests smiling. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for hotel guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role involves assisting guests with reservations, recommendations, transportation, and any special requests to enhance their stay.
- Greet guests warmly and provide personalised assistance throughout their stay.
- Offer information about hotel services, local attractions, dining options, events, and transportation.
- Handle guest requests, such as restaurant reservations, tour bookings, ticket purchases, and special arrangements.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Assist with luggage storage, deliveries, and arranging transportation (taxis, rental cars).
- Manage and respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of local events, entertainment options, and key tourist spots.
- Resolve guest concerns efficiently and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing for concierge services when necessary.
- Uphold hotel standards and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
