We’re a leading Investor Services group offering end-to-end services in administration, accounting, reporting, regulatory and compliance needs of the investment sector worldwide.

Join IQ-EQ as Head of Transfer Agency, leading our dynamic Fund Management team in Ireland. Based in Shannon or Dublin, you'll oversee operational excellence and client service delivery. This strategic role involves collaboration across global offices and occasional travel. Be part of a forward-thinking firm driving innovation in fund administration.

What You’ll Do

  • You will lead and develop the Transfer Agency team, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality client service across all shareholder servicing functions
  • You’ll collaborate closely with Fund Accounting and Compliance teams to implement robust processes, perform AML and eligibility checks, and uphold regulatory standards
  • You’ll manage client onboarding, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You’ll drive continuous improvement, contribute to business development, and ensure optimal fee recovery and client profitability
  • You’ll operate within IQ-EQ’s risk and governance framework, fulfilling the PCF 33 role under the Central Bank of Ireland’s Fitness and Probity regime.

Qualifications

  • You bring strong leadership and client service skills, with proven experience managing teams and building trust in a regulated financial services environment.
  • You have hands-on expertise in client onboarding, AML compliance, and navigating Ireland’s regulatory landscape, including the Fitness and Probity regime.
  • You’re detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to resolve complex issues, improve processes, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with multi-currency operations and systems like Investran and Paxus.
  • You work independently with a flexible mindset, a deep understanding of corporate governance, and a sharp focus on risk mitigation and operational excellence.
