About the Role:
An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled Plant HR generalist to become a trusted business partner at our Ferrero Industrial plant in Cork, Ireland. As a key member of the HR team, you will report directly to the Regional Talent Manager and take on the essential responsibility of delivering HR services across all facets, including training, and development, employee relations, organizational change, recruitment and retention.
Main Responsibilities:
- Alignment of interview process framework. Identifying, attracting and ultimately hiring the right talent.
- Review current recruitment process to embed in HR ATS system and ensure it is leveraged end to end for any vacancy.
- Alignment of contracts in place with external recruitment agencies and of the Job advert formatting.
- Onboarding and integrating new employees into the organization, encompassing orientation and ongoing support.
- Onboarding of any external agencies to ensure they are set-up in ATS and submit candidates via the system.
- Training needs mapping, supporting and co-ordinating with line management.
- Budgeting Headcount alignment through company workforce planning system.
- Training management via learning management system (assignment of trainings, creation of items or classes and upload of training hours).
- Responsible for weekly payroll processes by ensuring accurate recording of employee hours, leave, and other payroll-related information, including month end process and reporting.
Who we are looking for:
- Ideally candidates should have a Degree with CIPD qualification.
- Methodical, personable and results focused.
- You will have strong employee relations experience and be able to effectively manage daily HR matters alongside strategic projects.
- Candidates should be able to translate and align business priorities to HR actions.
- Strong systems capability.
