The Claremount Nursing Home is Currently seeking an administrator to join our busy team.
Working 5 days over 7, weekends will be expected. 9am to 5pm
Duties;
Phone answering, cash handling and recording, greeting visitors, ensuring documentation is complete, filing, data entry, gathering HR information, Ability to use excel, word and email.
Experience in payroll/HR would be an advantage.
This role requires someone who is self motivated and self led, able to make decisions, and ability to work well under pressure whilst ensuring quality.
Experience desirable but not essential.
Salary negotiable for the right candidate.

Pay: From €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
