Job Summary:
We are seeking a pro-active and motivated Internal Sales Development / Customer Service Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will help drive new business and growth with existing as well as be responsible for supporting outbound sales to customers in Ireland. This work will include supporting logistics operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a predominantly office-based role, but some occasional travel will be required to visit key customers, support relationship building, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
· Sales & Business Development:
o Help drive sales with the goal of expanding market share across Ireland.
o Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
o Play a key role in achieving sales targets for both existing and new business as set by the UK & Ireland Sales Director.
· Customer Service:
o Serve as the joint primary point of contact for customer enquiries and account management.
o Help resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
o Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs.
· Logistics & Operations:
o Assist with the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
o Support the preparation and dispatch of outbound shipments to customers.
o Perform light manual handling duties as required to support shipping activities.
· Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with the Group sales and logistics teams to align on priorities and deliver a seamless customer experience.
o Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the sales and customer service functions.

Key Requirements:
· Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within a B2B or logistics-driven environment.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
· Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Comfortable with light manual labour as part of shipment support duties.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred).
· Have the right to work in Ireland and speak and write excellent English.
· Must hold a valid driving licence for travel to customer locations

Pay: Up to €36,000.00 per year
