**Company Introduction**

We are a leading e-commerce brand in the skincare and cosmetics industry, seeking a talented Inventory & Operations Manager. This role requires fluency in English and offers part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (30-40 hours/week) availability. The position is remote, with a salary range of $4,000-$6,000. These are not the exact job specifics; the criteria can be negotiated directly with the client in the interview.

**Core Responsibilities:**

  • Manage inventory levels across all SKUs with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

  • Forecast product demand and proactively identify SKUs that need to be reordered.

  • Use Inventory Planner for forecasting and planning.

  • Place and manage purchase orders for all SKUs.

  • Communicate and negotiate directly with manufacturers to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.

  • Track and document all orders, inventory levels, and manufacturer contacts in an organized system.

  • Coordinate shipments between manufacturers and our 3PL warehouses.

  • Provide regular inventory and operations reports to the internal team.

  • Assist with general operations tasks as needed—especially cross-functional items that “fall between the cracks.”

**Qualifications:**

**Must Haves:**

  • Previous experience in inventory management and forecasting for e-commerce companies.

  • Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated success in handling purchase orders and vendor communications.

  • Excellent organizational skills—detail-oriented and process-driven.

  • Strong communication and follow-up abilities.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Inventory Planner, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).

  • Based in the United States (required), ideally not on the west coast due to timezone differences.

**Nice to Haves:**

  • Experience working in skincare, haircare, or health and wellness industries.

**Hiring Process:**

  • Candidates will be asked to complete test tasks to evaluate relevant skills.

  • Role will begin with a trial period (e.g., 14 days) to assess fit and performance before confirming the hire
