As a Customer Service / Order Management Representative, you will be at the heart of our European B2B operations—ensuring that clients experience a seamless, high-touch service that reflects the luxury status of our brand. Based in our state-of-the-art Global Logistics & Supply Chain Centre in Dublin, this role offers the chance to work alongside a multicultural team of over 170 professionals dedicated to quality and precision.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the end-to-end order-to-shipment process for your assigned B2B client portfolio, ensuring orders are accurately entered, fulfilled, and delivered on time.
- Proactively manage client communications—responding to product availability queries, delivery timelines, and shipping updates.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to coordinate logistics and market-specific operations.
- Take full ownership of your client accounts, anticipating needs and ensuring a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Handle claims, pricing discrepancies, reverse logistics, and other escalations with professionalism and speed.
- Deliver accurate reporting and market insights to the sales and customer service teams.
- Uphold the high standards of a luxury experience throughout every client interaction.
What You’ll Bring
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential; other languages are a plus.
- Proven experience in order management, logistics, or B2B customer service.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Previous exposure to luxury or premium product sectors is valued, though not essential.
