The Junior Visual Merchandiser supports the creation and implementation of engaging visual merchandising strategies across a group of stores within a specific region. Roles & Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising Support
- Assist in setting up window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional setups under the guidance of the Visual Merchandising team.
- Help ensure brand consistency and storytelling across assigned stores.
- Support the adaptation of visual concepts to suit local store needs and customer preferences.
Store Collaboration
- Work closely with store teams to maintain visual standards and refresh displays regularly.
- Provide basic guidance on product placement and display techniques.
- Help prepare materials and tools needed for visual merchandising updates.
Learning & Development
- Participate in training sessions to build knowledge of visual merchandising principles and brand guidelines.
- Shadow senior team members during store visits and installations.
- Stay curious about retail trends and customer behavior to inform your work.
Communication & Teamwork
- Maintain clear communication with store staff and the wider visual merchandising team.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to support campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Share feedback from stores to help improve visual merchandising strategies.
