Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Keeps work surfaces, floors, and walls clean to maintain hygiene standards.
- Disposes of kitchen waste properly and ensures bins are emptied and cleaned regularly.
- Sorts recycling and follows food safety regulations for waste handling.
