Role Overview
As Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient. Working closely with the chefs and wider team, you will ensure high standards of hygiene are always maintained, while assisting in basic food preparation and day-to-day kitchen duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Operate dishwashing machines and manage pot wash area.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures.
- Check and replenish cleaning supplies.
- Support stock deliveries by unloading and storing goods correctly.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is an advantage, but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: From €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
